In DIE QUADRIGA restaurant, Bobby Bräuer presents his “quintessential cuisine” to you with painstaking care and the utmost affection. Today one of the leading chefs in the nation,
the native Municher acquired his craft internationally – with, among others, André Jäger in Switzerland, Dieter Müller and the great Eckart Witzigmann in the Aubergine restaurant of Munich.
In 1997 Gault Millau celebrated him as the “rising star of the year,” and he has been awarded
17 points thus far. Since 1999 he can claim a Michelin star of his own – initially in the Königshof
of Munich. His creations, characterized by the Mediterranean, dazzle through fresh refinement:
upon a delicately honed bed of aromas, first-class ingredients release their fantastically natural and purest tastes while entering into a seductive liaison with the unique diversity of our
“treasure trove of German wines.” Resistance is futile. Give in to indulgence.
