We had the pleasure of making Diana Damrau’s acquaintance at the recent MúsicaMallorca
Festival, where she sang the part of Adina in Donizetti’s L'elisir d'amore; we were thrilled by her incredible voice and stage presence, and were enchanted by her effortlessness, her elegance and graceful demeanour. The Voice
Diana Damrau and the Brandenburg Symphonic Orchestra under the baton of Gernot Schulz, internationally acclaimed conductor and associate to Herbert von Karajan, Leonard Bernstein and Sir Georg Solti, on 23 November 2008 in the concert hall of the Jewish Museum. The artistic director of the event is Toyo Masanori Tanaka, Festival MúsicaMallorca. ... and become a member of the small circle of opera lovers for whom this one-off performance is arranged.
