The Dinner
After the concert, Baroness and Baron de Ladoucette and the BRANDENBURGER HOF Berlin accompany their guests to festively bedecked tables for a sumptuous dinner. The Glasshouse of the Jewish Museum is transformed into a private salon bathed in golden light, the artists are milling amongst the guests and soon the room will be filled with animated conversation, a sense of time and place - and with the unmistakable charm of our hosts from France. Baron de Ladoucette is not only one of the most famous winemakers in the world, but also a renowned gourmet and patron of the arts. His soirées both in Paris and the family seat Château du Nozet, are much sought-after. We recently had the immense pleasure of attending one of these wonderful evenings - now we would like to share this utterly unique experience with you. Following the sparkling musical programme, our Master Chef Bobby Bräuer crowns the evening with a spectacular culinary offering of exquisite aromas from his lauded QUADRIGA cuisine.
The Menu
Dublin Bay spiny lobster and fine spices Tatar of mango and avocado • Red mullet with the aromas of caramelized olives and Persian saffron • Bresse capon and Perigord truffles, creamed savoy cabbage and potato mousseline • the first gingerbread and heart-cherries lightly iced and a crispy tarte
With this we shall have the privilege of tasting some of Baron de Ladoucette’s famous wines:
Chablis, Sancerre and above all, the cult wine ‘Baron de L’, without doubt one of the most
sought after Loire wines of all time - various vintages will accompany the meal throughout.
