The start to the day at the BRANDENBURGER HOF is a fabulous show of the freshest and most delectable produce available. Hence our famous à la carte breakfast is a hugely popular part of the day.
What would you like to have? Fruit salad fragranced with vanilla, arguably the best Bircher Muesli north of the river Main, crispy toast with chives, hearty eggs Benedict with fried bacon or warm smoked wild salmon and a portion of North Sea brown shrimps with tarragon.
Is it too difficult to choose? Then why not simply leave the decision of how to fill your table up to Chef Philipp Jay Meisel himself? Just be careful: your breakfast could end up looking like a miniature land of Cockaigne.

Sunday and on Bank Holidays from 6.30am to 11am
