A CULINARY KALEIDOSCOPE

Each evening, the maître d’hôtel Annekatrin Simon receives her guests as the charming hostess of the QUADRIGA salons. Everything is possible, as it is your choice how the evening plays out: Is a glass of champagne in the lounge a suitable prelude to the evening? Or would you prefer an intimate table for two? Would you like the large or the small menu? Would you like a nightcap at the bar?

We are here for nothing if not to fulfil your wishes. Even in terms of the type of surroundings, your wish is our command: whether it be expressive red, romantically demure… or perhaps today you would prefer to be seated in our gold and olive decorated dining room, which so skilfully invokes both art nouveau and Bauhaus styles? It is your occasion and therefore it is up to you to choose the ambiance.
