A cheerful bunch will meet this Easter to celebrate new season lamb and asparagus from Sauli Kemppainen’s spring cuisine, accompanied by Jocob Duijn from Baden and Leonard Humbrecht from Alsace, two of Germany’s most celebrated vintners.
